Cheddar Bacon Monkey Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F
Grease and reserve a bundt pan
Halve each biscuit lengthwise
The biscuit quarters, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped fresh parsley, and crumbled bacon should all be combined in a bowl
Combine grated Parmesan cheese, melted butter, and garlic powder in a separate bowl
Make sure to thoroughly coat each biscuit quarter after dipping it into the butter mixture
Place the coated biscuit quarters in the bundt pan that has been prepared
Continue until all of the biscuit quarters have been used
Any leftover butter mixture should be poured on top of the biscuits in the pan
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the bread is cooked through and golden brown, in a preheated oven
Take it out of the oven and give it some time to cool
Flip the monkey bread over carefully onto a platter
Enjoy and warm up!
