Creamy Garlic Parmesan Zoodles
Indulge in a creamy and flavorful pasta alternative with these creamy garlic parmesan zoodles. Zucchini noodles are cooked in a rich garlic cream sauce and topped with grated Parmesan cheese for a satisfying and healthy dish.
Ingredients:
- 4 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Warm up a big pan with olive oil over medium-low heat
For about one minute, until the garlic smells good, add the minced garlic
Toss the spiralized zucchini with the garlic oil in the pan after adding it
Add the heavy cream and mix it in well
Allow it to cook for two to three minutes, until it gets a little thicker
Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and becomes creamy
Add pepper and salt to taste
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley
