Scampi's in de Airfryer
These scampi cooked in an air fryer are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and they smell great with citrus. An incredibly quick and healthy way to enjoy this tasty meal!
Ingredients:
- 250g scampi's, gepeld en schoongemaakt
- 2 eetlepels olijfolie
- 1 teentje knoflook, fijngehakt
- 1 citroen, sap en zest
- 1 theelepel paprikapoeder
- Zout en peper naar smaak
- Verse peterselie, gehakt optioneel
Instructions:
Put the olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, orange juice, paprika powder, vinegar, and pepper in a bowl
Add the scampi to the marinade and let them sit for at least 15 minutes
Get the air fryer hot enough 200C
Put the marinated scampi in the Airfryer and cook them for 8 to 10 minutes, until they are crispy and golden brown
Cut the mand in half along the cooking time for uniform baking
Take the scampi out of the air fryer and kill them with verse peterselie, if you want to
Serve the crockery and scampi right away with a little lemon juice
