Easy Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
In a blender, puree the strawberries until smooth
In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy
Add the pureed strawberries to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined
Fold in the graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar until evenly distributed
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form
Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture until fully incorporated
