Low-Carb Rosemary Parmesan Crackers
These low-carb rosemary Parmesan crackers are perfect for snacking on the Paleo diet. They're packed with flavor and crunch, making them an ideal alternative to traditional crackers.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, rosemary, garlic powder, and salt
Add the egg and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out to about 1/8 inch thickness
Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut the dough into small squares or desired shapes
Transfer the cut crackers onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crisp
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week
