With this simple recipe, you can enjoy the irresistible combination of banana pudding and chewy crinkle cookies! The soft, banana-infused cookies are dusted with powdered sugar, which adds sweetness and texture to each bite.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions:

Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in a bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy

Mix the egg, vanilla extract, and mashed banana into the butter and sugar

Combine well

Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla pudding mix together in a different bowl using a whisk

Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients one at a time until a dough forms

Do not mix too much

Put the dough in the fridge for at least an hour with the lid on

Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet

Put the sugar powder in a bowl that is not too deep

Scoop out small amounts of the chilled dough and roll them into balls

Coat each ball in powdered sugar by rolling it in it

Leave some space between the dough balls when you put them on the baking sheet that has been prepared

Put it in an oven that has already been heated for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the middle is still a little soft

After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way

Enjoy these tasty crinkle cookies with banana pudding!
